I had a 16.1 mile run this morning not as fast as would have liked 3hrs 15 min but I had to consider it was a 2500 foot assent (750M), to translate 2500 feet up, now my friends that is a hill. Hill training is very tough but it pays off in the end.
I am feeling a little beat up on my heel but the good news is I have tomorrow off to relax.
